Brother Alphonsus arrived from Singapore in August 1958 and taught English, history and religion in La Salle College until he was transferred to St. Joseph's College in 1962.
He is presently Brother Director of St. Joseph's College as well as Supervisor of the St. Joseph's Primary School, St. Joseph's College Kindergarten and De La Salle Secondary School, Fanling. He has contributed much to the Lasallian mission in Hong Kong.
With a history of more than 40 years attached to St. Joseph's, Brother Alplhonsus is a mine of information about both the College and Primary schools.
