1. Regular Plenary and special Task Force meetings.

2. Preparing and co-ordinating the Asia-Pacific Lasallian Youth Congress 7 (APLYC 7) to be held in the HKFYA Jockey Club, Sai Kung Outdoor Training Camp from the 11th to 18th December, 2004.

3. Completion of the Hong Kong Lasallian Heritage project. Sample items are displayed on the Lasallian Family Website while each school may upload its own heritage items on its own website.

4. Launching our new Hong Kong Lasallian Family Website - http://www.lasalle.org.hk
For the first time in history we now have both English and Chinese versions available.

5. Completion of Reflections on the 12 Virtues of a Good Teacher project. Our aim is to issue a resource booklet on the 12 Virtues for teachers.

6. Meeting of all Hong Kong Lasallian Principals on 19th January, 2005 to discuss matters of common interest.

7. Organizing a Hong Kong Combined Staff Development Day on 8th October, 2005.

8. Ongoing issue of Lasallian publications and products.
